Merchants can now receive a consolidated settlement report directly via email, right after batch settlement. This enhancement ensures improved visibility and reconciliation across all devices and TPNs under each store.

What’s New?

After a batch is settled, the iPOSpays portal automatically sends a consolidated settlement report to the email addresses configured under the merchant’s account. Reports can be scheduled for daily summaries or sent instantly upon settlement.

How to Set It Up

  1. Log in to the iPOSpays portal using the merchant account.

  2. Go to: SettingsSettlement Report via EmailEnable

  1. Choose one or both of the following options:
  • Send a Consolidated End-of-Day Report: A combined batch report for all TPNs under the store, sent daily at 4:00 a.m. EST.

  • Send an Instant TPN Report: Immediately sends a batch settlement report upon settlement.

  1. Merchant-Wide Emails: Add up to 15 recipient emails for consolidated merchant-level reports.
  1. Enable Store Alerts: Specify unique recipient emails for individual stores. This allows store managers or location-specific staff to receive reports only relevant to their assigned store.
  • Store: Enter the specific store
  • Email: Enter the specific email
  1. Click Save for the changes to take effect.

  2. The settlement report will be sent after the batch has been settled to the mentioned email address.
