Store-Level EBT Number Configuration

The EBT Number field has been moved from the Merchant level to the Store level in the iPOSpays portal.

Why the change?

For businesses operating across multiple states, each store may need its own EBT number. This update makes sure each location is set up correctly—without requiring multiple merchant accounts.

What changes in the portal?

  • The EBT field now appears under Add Store and Edit Store

  • All TPNs under a store inherit the store-level EBT value

  • The EBT field is no longer editable at the Merchant level

Where to access: iPOSpays portal with ISO/Agent Office credentials → Merchants → Search and select the desired merchant using the search box → Stores → DBA → Edit Store.

This can also be done in the Store Info section when onboarding a new merchant.
