Status Check Timing on P3 Terminals

An update has been applied to address a timing issue observed on certain P3 devices where status checks were delayed after network reconnection.

Previously, if the network was restored while the terminal was idle, the status check would only occur after the next transaction or user interaction. With this fix, the terminal now performs the status check automatically upon regaining network connectivity—no action required.
