New Commodity Code Added

A new Commodity Code has been added to support Automotive and Light Truck Maintenance and Repair transactions:

  • 78181507 – Automotive and Light Truck Maintenance and Repair

This code is applicable across all templates, allowing merchants to accurately categorize relevant transactions.

How to use:

  1. Log in to the iPOSpays portal using an ISO admin account.

  2. Navigate to S.T.E.A.M → Edit Parameters.

  3. Use the search box to find and select the TPN you wish to edit.

  1. Click Edit Parameter → Value Add.
  1. Under L2/L3 Autofilling → Other, click on the link inside the text box (“here”) to open the Commodity Codes page.
  1. Use Command + F / Ctrl + F to search for the new commodity code.
  1. Copy the code and paste it into the “Please enter Commodity code under L2/L3 Autofilling” field.
  1. Click Save and perform a parameter update on the payment terminal for the changes to take effect.
