More Secure and Reliable Payment Processing in WooCommerce

The iPOSpays WooCommerce plugin now includes enhancements to improve payment processing reliability across all supported checkout experiences and payment methods.

Previously, card information was stored before checkout submission. In some cases, this could cause payment conflicts when multiple checkout pages were open in the same browser. With this update, card information is processed only when the customer clicks Place Order, ensuring each checkout is handled independently.

This enhancement helps ensure the correct payment method is used for every transaction while providing a more secure and reliable checkout experience.

It is available across all WooCommerce checkout experiences, including:

• Classic Checkout
• Block Checkout

After upgrading to plugin version 1.4.0, merchants can continue using their existing checkout configuration without any changes. The enhancement works automatically in the background and does not impact payment processing, order creation, or refund workflows.
