What’s New?

BLINK is powered by Elastic Search, the same engine used by some of the world’s largest companies. That means you can now search across millions of records with zero lag and download large datasets without breaking a sweat.

All users — ISOs, Agents, Merchants, Store Managers—benefit from:

  • Faster, smarter search performance

  • Role-based filters that show exactly what’s relevant

  • Up to 12 months of searchable transaction history

  • Instant, downloadable reports

No more clicking through menus or waiting for load times. Just search, filter, download, and move on.

Role-Based Views

ISOs and Agents

Quickly filter by TPN, Merchant DBA, card type, transaction status, and more—across your portfolio. Perfect for:

  • Resolving merchant queries

  • Auditing chargebacks

  • Tracking processor performance

Merchants

See only what matters to your business—search by store, terminal, card type, or status. Great for:

  • Reconciliation and accounting

  • Investigating specific transactions

  • Downloading data for internal reports

Store Managers

Access real-time data specific to your store location. Search by TPN, date, or status and stay informed on your store’s performance.

Each role sees only what’s relevant — no clutter, no confusion.

Filters & Categories

Filters and categories allow you to refine and narrow down results based on specific criteria, helping you find relevant data faster. You can use them individually or in combination for more precise outcomes. Available filters may include options like date, store, terminal (TPN), batch number, or custom fields—while categories offer structured ways to group or sort records. The available options dynamically adjust based on your user role within the system.

Key Benefits for ISOs and Merchants

  • Faster support turnaround

  • Better reconciliation workflows

  • Audit-ready exports

  • Scalable performance—whether you manage 50 stores or 5,000

For ISOs, it’s a powerful tool to reduce friction and elevate merchant support. For merchants, it’s the easiest way to keep tabs on store-level performance without drowning in data.
