Declined Receipts Now Printing on Kozen & WizarPOS PIN pads

On Kozen (P1, P3, P8) and WizarPOS devices running in Pinpad mode, declined transactions were previously not generating paper receipts—despite print settings being enabled.

This fix ensures that both approved and declined receipts are now printed as expected, helping merchants maintain a consistent and complete transaction record across supported device models.
