Automatic Risk Alert Notifications

We’re excited to announce the launch of Automatic Risk Alert Notifications, a new enhancement designed to keep ISO administrators informed and proactive—without unnecessary noise.

What’s new?

When a risk rule is triggered, the system will now automatically notify the ISO Admin user associated with the affected TPN. This ensures faster visibility into potential risk events and supports timely action.

How Notifications Work:

• You will receive one alert per TPN, per risk rule, within a 24-hour period.

• This prevents duplicate or excessive notifications for the same issue.

• If multiple different risk rules are triggered on the same TPN, you will receive a separate notification for each rule.

Why This Matters:

• Clear, timely visibility into risk activity

• Reduced alert fatigue with smart notification limits

• Better control and faster response to potential issues

• This update is fully automated and requires no action to enable.
